Websites & Google for painters · Sarasota, FL
I set up your Google Business Profile, build you a simple website, and give you a review system you run yourself. Se habla español.
One package, one price. Done in about two weeks.
The problem
A customer gets your card, or hears your name from a neighbor. The first thing they do is search for you.
If Google doesn't show your business, it shows your competitors instead. You don't lose that job to better painting. You lose it because you weren't there.
What you get
Not "marketing." Just the setup that makes you easy to find and easy to trust.
Created or cleaned up, then verified. Correct business name, categories, service areas, hours and photos. It lives in your Google account, so it's yours.
Five pages that load fast on a phone. Your services, your job photos, your phone number, and a way for customers to ask for an estimate. In English, Spanish, or both.
A short message with your review link, ready to send from your phone when a job is done, in English and Spanish. Plus a QR code. You send it, it takes a minute.

Before
Osman Cruz has painted in Sarasota for years. I searched his company by its exact name — zahir painting sarasota — the way a customer would after being handed his card.
Google showed his competitors. Not him. On Maps, the same search returned nine other painting companies and zero results for Osman. There was no listing to fix. There was nothing there at all.
After
Profile created and verified. Website live at zahirpaintingllc.com, ranking first for his own business name. Review system handed over to him.
Five reviews, all five stars — every one from Osman sending the request himself, after I was gone. Two weeks of work.
Google reviews, at 5.0 stars
people viewed his profile in September
on Google for his own business name
What this doesn't mean. Five reviews will not put him at the top of "house painters Sarasota." The companies winning that search have between 139 and 261 reviews, and some have been at it for 25 years. That's a long game, and I'm not going to pretend this bought it.
What it bought is this: someone who hears his name or gets handed his card can now find a real business with real reviews, instead of his competitors. I don't promise anybody jobs. I promise the setup and the system.

How it works
You tell me about your work, in English or Spanish. I write down exactly what I'll do before anything starts.
50% deposit to begin. The other half when it's done. No hourly billing, no surprise charges.
I build the site and set up your profile. You send job photos and hold the phone for Google's verification. Two rounds of changes included.
You get your review message and QR code, and I show you how to send it. Your Google profile stays in your account.
Questions
I can't promise that, and anyone who does is guessing. I promise the setup and the system. What it does: when someone hears your name or gets your card, they find a real business with real reviews, not your competitors.
You do. It's set up in your own Google account. I'm added as a manager so I can help, and you can remove me any time.
No. Hablo español. We can do the whole thing in Spanish, and your website can be in English and Spanish.
Not much. Tell me about your work, send me photos of your jobs, and be there with your phone when Google verifies your profile. After that, send the review message when you finish a job.
One package, one price. No hourly billing and no surprises. Send me a message and I'll tell you the current price straight.
Who you'll work with
I'm in Sarasota, and I work with painters. I do every part of the job myself, so you deal with the same person from the first conversation to the handoff.
Se habla español.
Your company name, what you paint, and the area you work in. English or Spanish, either is fine. I'll get back to you.
